Develop a digital online hub to educate and inspire women to find the perfect fit.
76% of women are wearing the wrong size bra.
We needed to evolve the brand and encourage modern style seekers to reappraise a brand deemed old fashioned. We worked with data, insights and trends in women's fashion to develop the content strategy for a digital hub online to encourage women to get fitted for a bra- which results in repeat purchase.
We created a set of tools including bra size checking tool as well as editorial content for social (the 5 bras every woman needs) to encourage women to book a bra fitting. (We knew that once women had been fitted they would became loyal customers.)
We were asked to fit 1 million women... at present over 2 million women have been fitted with the correct size bra.
